These terms apply to deliveries booked with NZPS NZ Parcel Services ("NZPS"). By booking a delivery, you accept these terms.

Services

NZPS provides parcel and freight delivery across Christchurch and surrounding areas, including Car/Van and Truck services at Super Saver, Accelerated, and Rapid speeds. Same-day service is subject to the published cut-off times on our Services page.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide, including weight, dimensions, addresses, and delivery zone. Additional items and out-of-zone deliveries incur extra charges as listed on our Services page. The final price is confirmed at booking.

Package limits

Car/Van deliveries: maximum 25kg and 0.106 m³ per item. Truck deliveries: maximum 1,700kg and 20 m³, with tail lift capacity of 750kg. Items must be packaged appropriately for transport.

Prohibited items

We do not carry dangerous goods, illegal items, or items requiring special licensing unless agreed in writing beforehand.

Liability

NZPS takes all reasonable care with your items. Our liability for loss or damage is limited in accordance with the Contract and Commercial Law Act 2017 (Carriage of Goods). Insurance coverage is available as an additional service on request.
